These pants were out of stock and I had to wait a couple weeks for it to arrive, but they gave me 2 extra to compensate for that and that is REALLY good customer service. I am pleased with their communication and way of handling that situation. The pants are great -and it's a hassle to use the bathroom. haha it's all good tho!
