| How can I Order? |

Very simple, just choose the items you would like to order, then press the Add to Cart button.
You will be transfered to the Cart view where you can see all the items you have in the shopping cart.
You can go back and choose more items, and when you finish, press the "CheckOut" Button on the Cart page.

| How do you send out my order? |
|
All orders are sent out in discreet packaging. Your order will be sent out in a plain padded envelope or box. There are no labels on the packaging except the delivery address. There is no reference to what is contained with the envelopes or boxes. Inside there will be your order, and an invoice. Usually, we may even throw in a free gift!

| How do I know if you have received my order? |
|
When you place an order you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing your order number and confirming your ordered items. If you have any queries about your order please quote your order number when e-mailing or phoning us. We will send you another e-mail containing your tracking reference, once your order has been dispatched.

| Once I have ordered how long will it take before I receive my order? |
|
Express Shipping - Your order will arrive within 3-6 business days at your home.
Standard Shipping - Your order will arrive within 10-21 business days at your local Post Office.
We realize shipping via Express Mail is more costly than other methods. However, Global Express will not only deliver your order sooner, but it also provides a tracking number and insurance, which is a must when shipping internationally.

Just contact us and tell us which items+quantities you would like to have and we'll send you our wholesale price list regarding the items you've chosen.
Our wholesales prices are really low and reasonable since we import most of our items ourselves.
